Start Now, clarity comes in the doing!

Recently I have felt stuck with starting a new project for a client and it's something that I haven't created before so it’s taken me out of my comfort zone. I had been feeling overwhelmed with not knowing where to start and this has caused me to not take action. I was waiting for clarity and then getting frustrated when it didn't come. I wanted the solution to my problem! The project is something that is important to me and I know that once it’s complete, it will positively impact people's lives. So it's not a lack of passion or motivation! It got me thinking more about what's holding me back? After some reflection, I realised that I had to let go of not having the answers, not having a complete plan - I just needed to start! An imperfect and messy start is ok. Once I started⁠ the ideas came to me and gradually the clarity came from the doing. This reminded me of how important it is to have a set of tools you can call on when getting stuck to help overcome your roadblocks. ⁠⁠
